I spend a lot of time, in and around Bannau Briecheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park and the wonderful South Wales coastline. My love for the outdoors and all it has to offer, gives me the ideal opportunity to share its beauty. As from hiking and cycling I also love sea dips. You'll often find me at Penarth Seafront or the Glamorgan coastline getting in that dawn stalk dip or sunset swim.
